Pam is currently an Asset Manager at Suburban Real Estate Services, Inc. with a focus on suburban office and industrial buildings. Prior to joining us in 2003, she worked at a suburban commercial brokerage firm with a high concentration of retail leasing and development.

Pam’s efficiency, professional care, and high-level organizational skills ensure integrity in annual budgeting and physical condition oversight for all of the properties she represents. Her ability to anticipate a client’s needs lends well to the firms’ dynamic tenant retention strategy. She pays close attention to detail ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation, complete lease documents, and soundly managed contract service.

Additional skills that Pam brings to the table are creative vision with construction planning for tenant spaces and building improvement programs and leadership in organizing and chairing condo association meetings.

Originally from California, Pam enjoys spending free time with her friends and family, traveling, and volunteering within the community.
