Since 1982 Larry has been representing clients nationally as a tenant’s advocate in commercial real estate transactions. He has provided his expertise and negotiating skills to companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations in lease transactions ranging from 250 to 250,000 square feet.

Additionally, Larry performs consulting services for clients that include site location analysis, strategic real estate planning, and negotiations of state and local economic incentive programs.

Prior to joining Suburban Real Estate Services, Larry served as Vice President of Pollina Corporate Real Estate, Inc, a Tenant Representative commercial real estate firm. Larry is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

An avid if not proficient golfer, Larry is a life-long Chicagoan currently residing in Park Ridge.
