From a new lease or a lease renewal, to a tenant relocation or a multi-site selection, we work closely with each client to determine and understand their needs and requirements. We then align operational needs with financial parameters.

In looking to find the right space for each client, we consider market, economic, geographic, and personnel requirements as we survey all alternate locations and renewal possibilities. Then, we devise comprehensive plans to manage costs and maximize space utilization. We negotiate business and lease terms, review contract documents, supervise space design, construction, and relocation.

With our state-of-the art technology, clients receive up-to-date assessments of all aspects of the transaction. In addition, we can work directly with the client’s legal and financial consultants to customize each transaction.
