Jim is an investment sales professional who has been involved with the purchase, sale, financing, and development of commercial properties for almost 50 years. Since joining Suburban Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2001, Jim has specialized in retail site assemblage and acquisitions on behalf of private investors and commercial owners.

Prior to joining the real estate brokerage field, Jim owned and operated Dunn-Rite Car and Truck Rentals. His background lends both an entrepreneurial and financial perspective to his real estate transactions. Jim’s concentration in recent years has been the acquisition of cash-flow, single-tenant, net-lease properties for his clients.

Jim is an avid musician and baseball (Dodger) fan. He enjoys traveling for both with family and friends. Whether to Los Angeles for a playoff game or to England to play a gig with bandmates, as well as staying safe at home surrounded by family.
