Chris joined SRESI in 2000 and has
since become a valuable member of the SRESI team. Chris is a native
to the Chicago area and has a well-rounded and diverse real estate background.

Aleksandra M. Martinet graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. For several years, she held the position of Purchasing Supervisor at Cook County Hospital where she honed her accounting and negotiation skills. To further her accounting experience, she took a position with Gerald A. Goldman, CPA, in Lombard, Illinois. This position gave her a foundation in small business accounting. Ms. Martinet then took an executive position with Tameling Industries, a well-respected, high profi le landscaping company. It was at Tameling Industries that she expanded her experience to encompass additional aspects of accounting. Ms. Martinet as an Accounting Manager at SRESI, is responsible for all accounting functions, including accounts receivable/payable, collections, budget preparation, financial analysis and reconciliations.Ms. Martinet works closely with the President, CFO and Property Managers to manage t he day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
